Pfeiffer Center

The Pfeiffer Center is dedicated to education, research and outreach in farming, gardening and beekeeping. An important goal is to raise awareness of biodynamics as he most holistic approach to caring for the land. Named in honor of Ehrenfried Pfeiffer, a research pioneer in biodynamic agriculture and nutrition, the center cultivates a two-acre biodynamic garden and offers workshops, apprenticeships and a one-year, part-time gardening course.

Camphill in North American

Camphill is dedicated to social renewal through community building with children, youth, and adults who have developmental disabilities. In a time where many are experiencing a crisis of spirit and search for meaning, Camphill offers a life of celebration, service, and community building in which all participants flourish.

Keystone Flora, LLC

Native Plant Nursery of Southwest Ohio.  We encourage the use of local native plants from Southwestern Ohio for restoration projects, retention basins, rain gardens and residential landscaping.  Our plants are nursery grown from seed and cuttings.

Social Sculpture Research Unit

The Social Sculpture Research Unit is based within the multidisciplinary School of Art, Publishing and Music at Oxford Brookes University.  The unit promotes collaborations between practitioners and theorists in a range of creative disciplines. The Unit aims to facilitate the practices of, and critical reflection on, social sculpture and related fields of art and social process.

Spikenard Farm

We are a group of individuals working with biodynamic agriculture, holistic beekeeping, Waldorf education and therapies inspired by Anthroposophy. Out of our experiences we aim to create a biodynamic farm with a bee sanctuary at its heart, cultivating an environment that promotes life and health. The practical work will be carried out in the spirit of ongoing research, shared with other like-minded institutions and offered to the general public through apprenticeships, workshops, conferences and publications.

The Hiram Trust

The Hiram Trust promotes experiential learning in Steiner Waldorf Schools and educational initiatives in the UK by encouraging and developing activity in the 'outdoor classroom.’  And assists schools in recognizing the value of a curriculum where landscape, craft and science are purposefully integrated as a foundation for technology and environmental studies.

AWSNA

Biodynamic Farming & Gardening Association

Biodynamic agriculture was inaugurated in 1924 by Austrian scientist Rudolf Steiner. It is the oldest, non-chemical agricultural movement and pre-dates organic agriculture by some twenty years. Biodynamics does more than avoid chemicals and seeks to actively work with the health-giving forces of nature. Biodynamics is a world-wide agricultural movement. Farms may be certified Biodynamic by the Demeter Association, an international certifier.

Weston A. Price Foundation

The Weston A. Price Foundation is a nonprofit, tax-exempt charity founded in 1999 to disseminate the research of nutrition pioneer Dr. Weston Price.  The Foundation is dedicated to restoring nutrient-dense foods to the human diet through education, research and activism.

Sunbridge College

Sunbridge College is a registered and accredited college offering Masters and Certificate programs in Waldorf education and related fields inspired by the work of Rudolf Steiner (1861-1925). The College is well-established, having been founded in 1967, and is located on the beautiful campus of the Threefold Community in Spring Valley, NY, 30 miles north of Manhattan.

The Ohio Ecological Food & Farm Association (OEFFA)

OEFFA was formed in 1979 and is a membership-based, grassroots organization, dedicated to promoting and supporting sustainable, ecological, and healthful food systems.

Civic Garden Center of Greater Cincinnati

The Civic Garden Center provides education and information to individuals, schools, organizations and businesses through its Horticulture Helpline, library, classes, hands-on workshops, tours, special events and outreach programs.  The cornerstone programs are the Neighborhood Gardens touching 23 communities with over 40 active gardens, Compost Kids and Summer Sprouts programs introduce young people to gardening.
